Person has two names, how to prove that he is the legal heir?

My name is anil ram in my certificate and all ld proof.my son's name is sumit ravidas and in his school record my name was recorded anil ravidas as his father.l want to remain my name anil ravidas in school record of my son.My all relatives including my brothers use tital ravidas and so l put tital ravidas of my son and l also used tital ravidas in my son's school record.l am a govt.employee and lf l passed away during service then how my son can prove that he is the son anil ram.ln search of job my son will Have to face trouble or not .
In the given situation, you can either apply for correction in the documents of your child ‘Sumit’ by applying for the same in the concerned education board by filling out the form for correction or you can make an affidavit and get it notarized stating that both the names ‘Anil Ravidas’ and ‘Anil Ram’ are of the same person. Following the same, your child will not face any kind of difficulty in job perspective or proving that he is your legal heir.
