Name Change matter what to do

Dear Sir/Madam, I have changed my name in 2012 from Manish Kumar to Manish Kumar Kashyap. Through Affidavit attested by a notary and published in 02 Newspaper. Now is it possible to publish in Official Gazette of India.
Yes it is possible and also required that you will have to publish the same change in the name in the Official gazette of India.
