Is it illegal to have two certificates of class 12th one is 2008 passout and another is 2009 passout with different board and both are taken being a regular student?Is their any problem regarding session clash?
yes, it is illegal to have two different degrees/ certificates of class 12th infact of any class or university. this amounts to fraud and cheating which is a criminal offence and may lead you to a a lot of problem and infact lead you to jail as well.
