Is arya samaj marriage valid if court marriage registration has not been done. Also, is arya samaj marriage valid in jaipur
You can solemnize marriage in Arya Samaj, but it will be better that you get your marriage registered before registrar of Marriage. It will be better for you , Once you are married I do not see any problem in your future married life. therefore if both are major , and are not disqualified to marry by virtue of any law the you can get your marriage registered .
