How to rectify name of father in documents in case of difference

Hi my mother got remarried when I was in class 1st and I did my graduation on my biological father name and did my job and currently taking pension on same name. My step father included my name in ration card and gave agricultural land to me on his name. Now I have two fathers name one is biological father name in my educational documents and service documents and my step father name in ration card and in land ownership records. Problem is now in adhaar card I cannot have two fathers name in that. Please reply to my query. One solution given to me to file suit and in judgement both the names will be valid in my case and can attach court orders with all documents where there is variation in father name.
