Difference of name in certificates will this affect in govt job

My name written in class X and XII certificate is Sunny Kr choudhary but in my college certificate its written as Sunny Kumar Choudhary .I am planning to apply for govt jobs .Shall it create problem in the document verification or a simple afffidavit in this case will work out ??? Kindly Reply .
