Claimant made correction in sale deed after attestation how to cancel

at the time of registration of agreement (rental) the claimant has corrected the deed before scanning after our attestation with the help of registrar but our signature was not taken at that correction . please let me know how to cancel the deed . the claimant occupied the building.

In a registered deed, all corrections and erasures need to be attested. You can execute a deed for cancellation. Further, you may even file a civil suit for concellation of the deed and for possession of the property with a permanent injunction preventing the claimaint from disturbing your free use of the property.
