CHS notice is it possible to share on email group

We have CHS in Maharashtra, there is fight between old society managing committee and new committee, therefore old committee went to court saying process of election is illegal. In this regard cour has issued legal notice to new committee to appear before court. now this notice is issued to manager committee CHS name. We have internal email group of all residents (500+), we have requested manager to share that hard copy legal notice on email (by scanning the notice), but committee is saying that it is illegal to share any hard copy court notice on email by scanning it.
