Woman gave me fake documents to prove she is a divorcee

Dear sir, 1. I met one lady from Siliguri on net through www.wayn.com site. 2. We have share our details & daily chat. 3. All info provided by me was truth, while she has given us all fake info. 4. She informed us that she is divorcee & her lost kids after birth. 5. While she was not divorcee and she has 23 years old son. 6. Still I have fake document copy with me about her divorce. 7. I have also few phone recording. Sir in this case how shall I initiate & protect myself ?
Second marriage without nullitfying the first marriage or in the condition that the husband is alive if the divorce has not been effectuated, shall be liable for punished under section 494 IPC for bigamy. You can also file a case u/s 420 for the fraud committed by your wife.
You can file a petition under Hindu Marriage Act for declaring the marriage a Null and Void. As per section 5 of the Hindu Marriage Act, no one can marry again during the life time of a living partner unless She has obtained divorce with the earlier spouse.
