Will the transfer petition filed by wife be accepted after ex parte

Hello Sir, I have filed an application for judicial Separation under section 10 in July 2015 Noida. And during this period respondent appeared only one time to submit an answer of the petition in sept-2015. And in Feb-2017, Family court declared them as ex-parte as they are not appearing in court. And on 24-03-2017, i got a notice from Supreme Court for Transfer Petition filed by Respondent. Religion-Hindu Is this possible that court will agree to transfer of case in this stage?? Kindly provide your suggestion.
In your case from where the respondent if she wants to transfer the petition for her place than she filed an application in supreme court and court if consider her fact than supreme Court can passed order for transfer the petition there she want. Or give the direction for complete that petition within a limited period.
