You have not specified your religion and the other detail , which is important in Indian laws and hence the solution can be given, but as say as per Hindu laws both party has to contest to prove their case , and if they can't divorce would be denied hence even if you wife wants divorce you get chance to contest against it .you may contact a good lawyer or in case our office . Dear sir.
You can file a restitution of conjugal rights case in the court seeking the remedy wherein you ask your wife to come back and stay with you in your marital home and you can tell the court that you don't intend to divorce her and would want to work out your marriage.

first you didn't mention on what ground she willing to take divorce. when there is no cause for seeking dissolution of marriage then the court itself will direct you to explore possibility of mediation. And my advice to you would be explore this first before you and she decide to end your marriage. Visit a marriage counsellor and try and save your marriage.And also you cant force your wife to stay with you . if your wife wants divorce agree and go for divorce by mutual consent . you will obtain divorce in 6 months. If she already decided and if you refuse she can file for contested divorce but she will have to prove the allegations made in the petition . you will spend period of 5 years in running around courts and waste lot of money in legal fees .
if going for mutual consent divorce there is chance if she agreed you no need to pay any money to her and you can request her to leave your kid with you,
