Wife left me with my daughter and blackmailing to leave my parents.

It has been more than 4 and half years to our marriage. last month suddenly my wife left me together with my 3 years old daughter. Now she is blackmailing me to ask my parents to leave or else she wont return. she is even not answering my phone calls or messages. she is not even allowing me to speak or meet my daughter. Please advise me on what could i do?
in that you file an application of Section 9 of HMA and in that you are call your wife if it not able to come than court ask what is the problem regarding your marriage life and you have to tell all the relation dispute in that. than court decide what would be wright and where is daughter want to live.
