Wife has filed false dowry case what can i do now.

Hi Team, i have filed a section 9 case against mywife as she is not leaving with from past 2 years, after sending 3 court summons as they have rejected all of those, finally i published summon in local news paper. recently few days, i got a call from mahila thana police saying that your wife has filed dowry case against you ( in rajasthan ). now i am clueless what to do. and how to proceed, i feel my case will loss its weightage over dowry case. Can somebody please help me
Apply for Certified Copy and Order Sheet and Petittion [Three Set] from Family Court.
Check at concerned Police station if FIR is filed, you have to take Anticipatory Bail, you produce your Family Court documents to the the Lawyer. Or you can directly send the Family Court documents Xerox copy to the Police saying it is totally false case.

Probably or not is a case in 498a or Dowry case , just because you have filed restitution ,thats a later stage that can be seen upon, but I'm Dowry or dva nothing will be taken rather you can be sent to jail and your family too ,take it in serious way, you may contact our office ; OFC : Adv Pankaj Kumar & associate..
