Wife filed false dowry case can she claim husbands property

Incase, wife files a false dowry case, what property of her husband she can venture into? Incase, the husband has a residential property in his own name, can she have a claim over it?. On the safer side, if the husband transfers the ownership of that property in someone else's name before the case have been filed, on whose name is it safe to transfer the property? (brother, sister or somebody else?). Apart from this, what all claim can a wife have on her husband's property on divorce?
