Wife fake complains again family

Hi I had marriage last week. Now wife did fake complains against my mom-Dad I want divorce soon
If your wife is also ready for divorce then you can seek divorce by mutual consent by filing a petition in Court. However for that you need to live in separation for atleast one year. Hence you will have wait for one year. Secondly, if no mutual consent then you can contest in Court under various grounds provided by law.
