Very simple trail processing . In the next hearing your sister will be asked by questions like, are you willing to join? Are you still need separation? Are you in the mind of Reunion?.. your sister should simply reply as NO.. thats all finished. Your sister will got divorced

In which Court is the case pending? In some courts we have to file a Proof Affidavit stating whatever that was stated in the Petition for divorce. The evidence that she will have to produce is the Marriage Invitation, Marriage photo, Marriage Certificate, Address proof of the husband and the wife and any other document that was filed along with the Petition. If there are any children then we must produce the Birth Certificate of the children. Same evidence the husband will have to produce. In the next hearing the evidence of both the husband & wife will be recorded. On the next hearing date the order will be passed. Any other query, kindly contact me

Practically there is no evidence stage in mutual consent cases. Once the mutual consent petition has been filed then the court will adjournment the case for 6 months to hear their opinion. It is called cooling period to reconsider about their decision of divorce. After 6 month both party appeared in the case and expressed their unwillingness to rejoin then the divorce will ordered on the very same day.Im case if any one party didn't appeared in the hearing then court will post the matter for appearance of the party. If you need any further clarification feel free to contact me.
