First we need to know what complaint you want to file against husband. The amount of information provided is not sufficient for us to resolve your concern. In general, you can file complaint where you reside.

Dear client, you can file at three places , 1. Where the incident happened 2. From where you belong permanently, . where you are presently staying, there is no hard and fast rule for a woman victim to file a complaint, you can file the complaint either at nearest police station or directly in the court of CJM of your area..

If any person marries during the life of his first spouse then it is an offence of bigamy and is punishable u/s494 of the Indian Penal Code. You will have to file a private complaint in that respect before the Judicial Magistrate First Class.

Contact a good criminal lawyer.

Hello
You may file a police report against your husband with the police station.
Then you file a case in the court against your husband. But you should arrange all the necessary documents which shown that your husband had done 2nd marriage.
