What action can i take if my husband is not paying my maintenance.

me and my husband not staying together since last 2 years because of Mental and Physical harassment , i have 6 yr old baby. He is earning around 50k per month. he use to deposit 10k per month but since last 6 months he is not giving any singly penny and said that i am not working so i am not able yo give you any money. i am working but not enough to run me and my baby expenses i am earning only 16k so please advise what should i do now
Let us know whether earlier you had filed any case against your husband before any court of law. As you have mentioned that you are living alone since long back about 2 years. It is a long time when you are not with your husband.
