My brother's wife carrcter less. I have small voice call record talk other porson. Her family not to agree a given divorce.she say talking just friend Besides Blaming on our your not properly carrying our daughter. So, how to divorce.
File a case of divorce and be prepared as she will also file the case against u for maintenance and of u r ready to pay maintenance than u can file for a divorce and she can file other cases on u like sec 498 A, I would suggest u sit and discuss with her as this ur personal matter u can solve at home only.

Your brother can file divorce against your wife as per Sec. 13 of Hindu marriage act( if your brother nad his wife both are Hindu).
