main 24 yrs ki hindu woman hoon.meri shaadi ko 1 month huye hai .main apne husband se seperate rahna chahti hoon.kya is liye mujhe court ki koi procedure hai ya husband ko bta kr main seperate rh sakti hoon .aur main apne ghar bhi nhi jaana chahti hoon aur main kisi doosre location me alag rhna chahti hoon. aur main divorce ke liye kaise file krungi.

You need to wait until one year for filing the divorce. You need to provide valid grounds for filing divorce under the Hindu Marriage Act. E.g.desertion, cruelty etc
