Seeking divorce from my wife. What can I do ?

I need a divorce from my wife n she is working but am not but she black mailing that she need a money for the divorce ...what should i do ...n der is no support for me becoz i had done love marraige ...So what is the solution...
Any kid? You can ask for divorce without giving any maintenance. As she is working and can maintain herself. .

Dear client if she is not ready for mutual divorce then u can file contested divorce on the grounds like cruelty desertion as per yr case in court. If u prove yr case in court u will get divorce. For any legal help call me

Dear client, at present you are not working is the plus point for you while signing as per section 125 of crpc ask maintenance from her 20 percent of her salary,so that her blackmailing approach will nullify.
