Physical assault domestic violence by husband

Girl has been physically assaulted by husband and he tried to kill her where her neighbors came to rescue her and she returned to her parents house within 5 months of her marriage. She did not give police compliant at that time in a hope to save her marriage. But there was no ray of hope so now its been 4months. Can she give FRI now? she has treated doctor's MLC report. Will the court accept it and give justice to her?
Yes you can file FIR in the concerned PS. Take a copy of the FIR. Further you can also make complaint with women cell of your area. You can file a complain against domestic violence and also dowry harassment if it is related to dowry, File case seeking maintenance also under section 125 cr.p.c. Court will accept the MLC once proved at the time of evidence in the concerned case.
