30-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
divorce petition in progress. can the petitioner cite recorded& documentary evidence in replication to the ws submitted by the respondent not part of the petition. thanking you
It depends upon the discretion of the Hon'ble court under section 5 of the Indian evidence Act. Also, the said electronic evidence may be admitted under section 65 of Indian Evidence Act. Also, if the judge is satisfied upon the relevancy of the said piece of evidence then it may be admitted.

Yes it is a part of the petition for sure and further you need to tender the documents at the time evidence stage in your suit. Your documents are perfectly admissible in court of law. Thank you so much.
