Need Divorce but wife doesn't have consent

Hi, I am seeking divorce from my wife. Been married for 12 years and have 8 year daughter. I want to evaluate my options before I start the process. Have told my wife about it. But she thinks this cant happen. Need advise.

You can get divorce on the basis of the grounds as per the law.
So, it is not important if your wife is ready and agreeing or not.
Even if she is opposing the divorce , you can still file the petition and get the divorCe if the Court is satisfied about the grounds put by you in your petition.
