Need advice regarding appeal

within how many days we can appeal to supreme court against high court judgement...in divorce is mother need to give her share of properties to children who is 17 years old .

The appeal can be filed within 90 days from the date, the judgement is pronounced by High Court.

As far as share is property is concerned your question is not clear. Once that is clarified, I will be in a better position to advise you.

Your query is not clear, kindly elaborate your problem. In what kind of case, you require limitation for filing appeal against high court judgment. Secondly, in divorce proceeding also it is quite clear in the judgment / decree itself that the properties given to her belong to her or to child or to both and under what circumstances, secondly, it is dependent on the acquirement of the property from where did it come which decides whether it is her self acquired property or her ancestral property.

You can appeal with in 30 days of the judgment or order .

No mother is not liable to give her share of the property to the child of any age . Its father whose share is given to child that of the ancestral property
