My wife has filed false case against me what can I do.

my wife parents are cruel i got married in 2015 december my my wife left and went to her parents that im harsessing her though i demand anythig she all lies what precaution i have to take if goes 498a suggets me she always threathens me with police and all rowdy

In the event if u r wife files or about to file 498 A dowry case u get anticipatory bail as a precautionary measure she cannot threaten with rowdy elements, if so, then u can file a police complaint, offcourse there must be proof for that, if that be the case, ask the police to convert u r compliant into a FIR.

Sir if she has left without any reason you can file a restitution of conjugal rights asking her to come back, if she files 498a etc you can apply for anticipatory bail, further if you don't want her then you can file divorce on ground of mental cruelty.
