Maintenance in case husband is not earning

What if a husband is younger to wife and if husband shows that he is not earning due to the fear of maintenance ot alimony and i am having 1 year olfd daughter and now my husband wantd divorce and he said daughter is not mine so if i will go for divorce can i ask maintenancr or alimony?

Yes you can claim maintenance for yourself and your child , but it's up to the income he earns and for further advise your details and information is required ty...

hello. why ur husband behave like that???? if ur husband want to go for divorce u dnt stop him.... bcoz if he said u ur daughter is not him then he must prove that thing and also burden on him to prove the daughter not him..... and if u want to maintenance u can file petition for maintenance and also claim his property through maintance thanks call any queries.....

If both of you want Divorce then first try and see if a mutual consent divorce can be filed before which maintenance can be discussed. Advisable to discuss in detail your matter with an advocate and a suitable strategy devised. You can claim for maintenance for child , for self depends on whether you are working and various other factors.
