Living separately with wife wife putting false allegation what to do

me and my wifs separate since last 1 year after 1 month of marriage due her doubty nafure.. she torture me a lot.. i was feeling like in hell.. i sent her notice to come back... she replied with false eligation on me.. and also said she willing to come back.. my strong feeling is she will never change... please guide me..
