Legal action against torture while divorce petition pending

I have filed my divorce case in court. but still no result has came and my husband still tourchering me from diffrent diffrent ways. What can be in done in this situation?
Lodge criminal case against him narrating the entire facts regarding torture incident.after filing that complaint the same be filed in family court where your divorce case is pending.this will be benificial in your divorce petition.
