Is divorce on 100rs stamp paper valid?

Me or meri wife dono patel hai ...humne 2.5 years pehle shadi kari thi bad me vo uske ghar pe thi or me mere ghar pe tha ...meri wife mujhe bol rahi thi vo uske ghar vale ko mana lengi bad me nai mane to uske ghar valo ke kehne par mujhe divorce 100 rs ke stamp paper par karvaya ..abhi mujhe meri wife ko lana hai to kya karna padega ..or divorce just 30 din pehle hi kiya hai ...plz help ....kya me family court me ja sakta hoon ...or 100 rs ke stamp paperpar divorce allowed hai.
Agar aap ki wife vapas nahi aana chahti toh aapko restituion of conjugal rights family court mein file karna chaiye.
