Inlaws gave fake dowry list with FIR how to prove that wrong

The fake DOWRY LIST is provided by in laws in false FIR .THEY HAVE ALSO CLAIMED TO GIVEN Rs 10 lacs.No signed list was maintained as per dowry prohibition act 1985.I guess in DP 3 & 4 THE BURDEN TO PROVE NOT GUILTY LIES ON ACCUSED ?HOW TO PROVE NOT GUILTY IN SUCH CASE?SHOULD I ASK FOR SIGNED BILLS,RECEIPTS,TAX RETURN,CASH TRANSACTION DETAILS?
Once an FIR is lodged against you against section 498A, summon will be issued to you to appear before the Women Cell. Under section 498A With the new law, you cannot be arrested unless you have been found guilty. If you have a reason to believe that you could be arrested or any of you family member will be arrested then you could apply for anticipatory bail
