If I take the child custody what maintenance can I ask from my husband

I want divorce but my daughter is special need baby I don't now how I manage with her alone? I am my husbands second wife he got his first divorce 5 years ago and we got married since 3 years.they hAve 1 daughter who stays with her mom. husband tryed for custody but as there daughter was 5 yr that time he doesn't got her custody.her mom never allow to talk with her father.she took enough money for mantenance which she spend on her career in film industry and whenever she wants money for her daughters treatment or anything she asked my husband and he is emotional fool,he took loan nd given

If you are staying separately you can ask for mainteance for yourself and child. For claiming maintenance you should have all details and proofs of his income and assets. Court usually grants 1/3 of his income.
