I did not receive any final paper of my marriage disbursed.

My marriage got disbursed on 24/ 05/ 17 and I didn't got thet final paper yet my ex husband applied for it but it's almost 5 mnths and I did not got any paper I want to change my name and address and do my further studies and my family has seen a good man for me to re marriage pls help me it was a mutual understanding and I have the case no also Petition F Registration no.
Hello, you have to provide the details of the marriage petition, name of parties, it's no( P F no) court' s no, name n the DT of final order. Then we can get the cert copy of the order. All this is required.

First of all your marriage has not been disbursed it has been dissolved by the Order of the Hon'ble Court. Secondly if it was mutally divorced and the final decree has been passed by the Court then you have to apply for the Certified Copy of the Decree and Judgment of the Hon'ble Court before which you have had applied for divorce. The same may be available for you within a week.
