Husband not treating properly and left me to stay with my parents

I got married in 2014 end. My husband works abroad. His behaviour towards me changed in 7 months after mariage. He is not talking to me for last 7 months now. He is out of India for work..befr going he left me with my parents n told tht he wants divorce coz i never did anything for his family . N my family didnt give him respect. And many more reasons like this. but not saying anything now. i dont know what to do...as my luggage is lying at my inlaws house. I tried to convince him for first 2 months bt he was not ready to listen anything he even hit me. Shud i file a divorce directly
Do you wish to stay with him in future then you may file a case under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act which is restitution of conjugal Rights. and you wish to file for Divorce then you may file it before the family court under section 13 of the HIndu Marriage Act. you can also file for maintenance under section 125 CrPC.
