Husband not returning car which is in my name since may 2015

Hi All, Please help. I have applied for divorce in family court. Its in process and there has been 4 hearing till now. Case has also been gazetted earlier since my husband dint appear in court at all. He has my Car since August 2014 and since May 2015 i have been asking for it. I have all chat records as proofs. Can i file a criminal case? Please help on how to proceed further
