Husband living with other woman what can wife do

Husband-1 left family one year back. Family has one boy (1.5 yrs) and girl (6 yrs). Another married woman, Wife -2 started interferring in family and giving mental torture to wife-1.Husband-1 physically tortured wife-1 on the words of wife-2. Husband-1 left home first. After some months, wife-2 left her house. First Husband-1 and Wife-2 stayed in different houses. Now staying both together in one house . Both, husband-1 and wife-2 , introduced themselves as husband and wife to many people. Now wanted to divorce husband-2 and wife-1 accusing false adultery on them. Wife-1 dont want divorce.
