Husband & in laws physically abusing. What are my rights ?

Mentally harassed by in laws and husband. Husband is physically abusive. I also called police and police sorted the matter and did not register any complaint. What action can i take against him and in laws? If file divorce what are my rights?
An F.I.R can be filed under domestic violence act. They all will be arrested accordingly after the investigation. If you file the divorce then you have right to get the maintenance and if you have a kid then you will get the maintenance and the property rights for him/her. Depends upon the facts.
