Husband has relationship with several women what action can I take

I have been married for past 40 years. My husband always had and has relationship with several women. He has physically abused me and threatened to throw me out, . My children are witness to all. Now they are grown up and want me to get out. How do I claim for ,my rights? We are Hindus
