Hi, My Name is Swati. I am married and it was a love marriage but unfortunately it doesn't stay long.We leaving together under one roof but from past 4 year we do not have any relation. I think before its to late I need separation. You must be thinking if no relation why we dint take step because he dont want separation or dont want to start from his side first. Also, my family is not supported as they are very orthodox.I really need a expert advice.
Under the circumstances as you have stated, it is right time to take a final decision as long 4 years have gone by. It depends as to what you actually want. Whether to continue as it is indefinately or get divorce and start new life. If you wish to seek divorce I can legally help you.

If you want to dissolve your marriage , you have to take steps. No one else will step into your shoes and file a divorce. Even if hour family is not supporting you need to take some action. Before filing a divorce petition, I would suggest you to send a legal notice to your husband stating your desires and demands, If he is ready to fullfil your demands and wants to protect his marriage, then you need not to file a divorce before the family court, and if you feel that your relationship might not be revived then yiu approach the concerned court.
