How to enforce ex parte decree on divorce

Notice sent to her temporary residence by court she appeared in court and attend the meeting of compromise but not succeed and next two dated she absent court decide exporter decree .By registered post I acknowledged her. But she doesn't care about court and me. But after 10 month of decree she refused to appear in court and she doesn't know anything about the proceeding.reply
Now what you want? If she is ignoring court proceedings, she will face the consequences. .

Contest the matter by showing the service of notices on your wife's address given by her in court and the acknowledgement received along with the proceedings contest the application of order 9 rule 13 very strongly on the said point of no sufficient cause shown by your wife for her non appearance
