How to complain against blackmailing and extortion activities

My son had issued legal notice for divorce on 17.01.2017 and filed divorce petition against his wife at Bandra family court, Mumbai on 06.04.2017. Thereafter, his wife filed maintenance petition at Kolkata and we also came to know that she had filed a fir at Kolkata on 17.03.2017 levelling all sorts of false allegations like demand for dowry,domestic violence, attempt to murder against all of our family members. She also leveled charge of unnatural sex against my son. We have applied for anticipatory bail in Kolkata High Court which will be heard shortly. My question is that under the given circumstances, can I approach a Court in Mumbai for investigation into complaint of blackmailing and extortion lodged against my estranged son's wife and her parents lodged with Mumbai Police on 03.04.2017, which was registered as Non cognizable Offence? -
No u cannot approach to court for investigate the matter. Instead of it ur wife have to file domestic violence case in mumbai agaist ur daughter in law & her family. As well as u can file defamtion case against her. Similarly u can file writ petition in Calcutta for Quashing of FIR

You can seek investigation or else file criminal complaint against you sons wife and her parents in court of metropolitan magistrate seeking invedtgation order to pllice u/s 256(3) of crpc.
That will be proper recourse instead of approaching high court you have to approach lower court first.even at Calcutta how can you directly approach for anticipatory bail ,you have to first approach sessions court .
