How can I divorce if husband is a Kenyan staying in Kenya

My husband is a Kenyan n we are married for 3 years now. I am currently in India while he is in Kenya now. Can you please tell me about the procedures n documents required.

Dear client if yr marriage is happened in India then only u can file divorce in Indian court. U can file divorce on the ground of cruelty desertion or any other ground as per yr case. Court will send summons to yr husband address in kenya and if he will not come then u will get ex party divorce. U need to file documents like marriage registration certificate and yr address proof.
