Harrassment by Inlaws against me and my husband

Hello Experts ! Me & my husband did arrange marriage but later i got to know that my mother in-law was not in support of this marriage. At the time of our mrg my in-law showed us gud income and 3 properties, 2 cars also. But after our wedding my mother in-law started forcing her son to leave me. when he refused she started harassing me sothat i leave the house. but we both stood together. so she threw us out, sold our car & 1 property to threat my husband. She & her 3 daughters r continually forcing him to leave me.Now she's threatening him that she will sell everything left. What can we do ?
You may initiate suitable proceeding with court of law. This may be based on various women oriented laws. To start with you may file an application with your nearest CAW unit. Otherwise the matter will be referred to Court of law you may also file a case under section 498a of IPC.
