Filed 498A case but case not started since two years

Hello Sir/Madam, I filled a case for 498 without recording my statement the case was filled by the police and without any information they were granted bail and took the date after 6months. Im helpless in this as from nowhere im getting any support my father's income is limited and my advocate even for a signature asks 30k. Kindly advice me on the above. What i need to do for this case how should i get my justice done. Its almost two years the case has not been started yet.
