Does my wife get any share in property if i get the marriage annulled
31-Dec-2023 (In Divorce Law)
my first died. and the property is in her name. later i got married n came to know that my wife was mentally unstable and suffering from a disease. they lied to me as well during the marriage. she is undergoing treatment as well. what options do i have in this and if i get the marriage annulled then does she get any share on my property?
Thats my advice but my may seek a second opinion.

Annulment is a procedure which is rarely followed in our country. Our country is pro-marriage. Although going by your query, you have certain grounds for annulment. However,if you get the marriage annulled, the wife would have no right on your property.
