Child in mother's custody,does father have to pay for his maintenance

Mutual Consent being sought. Wife drawing much more than husband ( 60K more ). One Son. Decided to stay with the Wife. Would like to know what is the Maintenance amount for Child to be paid. If there was a apartment purchased during the marriage but the EMI was paid by the Husband, does this also have to be split 50%
It is the responsibility of both the husband and spouse to maintain the child. If the spouse is earning more you can ask the court for reducing the maintainance amount for the child as your spouse is earning more and able to maintain herself and the child. The court will also consider type of the spouse job such as whehter it is a permanent or temporary job.
