can you advise can I take divorce if I was married 4 month back

I was talking to a girl daily,she is my cousin and I like her, now in my home my wife now about my affair and daily flights are going on.. please can you advise can I take divorce...? I am 29 and I was married 4 months ago.
Sir, as per law firstly you cannot get divorce within one year of marriage, secondly you say she is your cousin please verify whether she comes under prohibited degrees as you cannot marry persons coming under prohibited relations. Further you cannot get divorce easily as your wife will not agree and you have to prove the grounds of divorce like cruelty etc. so if your wife is ready to give divorce wait for a year and file mutual consent divorce.

Yes you can apply for a divorce. Ensure that you have good grounds to seek for a divorce. If the marriage is not working out try talking to your wife and see if it can be amicably sorted out.

as per law you have to wait for a year to file divorce if you are hindu by religion and want to file on contseting basis . Yes if both party is ready then mutual can be filed . But need expert lawyer or if they dismiss your petition then you cannot file for another one year and it would go against you in that petition as well. You may consult us .
