after 1 year of separation my wife called and asked for mutual divorce

Sir, it has been more than a year I M estranged. after one year of separation my wife called me up and asked for mutual separation. though we spoke but could not get matter solved as her demand is high and unreasonable. after last conversation again its a month and above she has not turned again. i have recorded the call in which she has agreed for mutual divorce. she had approached PS before 1 year with allegation of mental torture, DV and dowry demand against me and my family but didnt file a FIR. What should I do?
