1 year completed of marriage but no physical relationship made

Hindu, it is one year completed of marriage my husband did not make any physical relation with me. First he given reason I had got marriage in family pressure not ready aft one year he asking for divorce and telling I cant leave with you blaming me and making excuses.

If you want your husband to resume marital life with you, then you should file Restitution of Conjugal Rights petition in court under section 9 of hindu marriage act OR
If you want divorce, you should file the case under section 13 of hindu marriage act either under contested divorce or mutual consent.
If it is a contested divorce, then you should also file a Domestic violence case against your husband as denial of physical relationship is also cruelty and you are entitled to compensation.
my suggestion is that your husband cannot walk away from the marriage just like that and leave in a state of social and economic mess. Hire a good lawyer in your locality and make to live with you happily or force all of the money from him and make him a financial disaster.
