What is the limitation period for filing a complaint against fake call

I recieved a call by unknown number Person, he says he recieved a complaint against my mobile number, by caling me mid-night 12:00 clock also he stated he is Police Official treatened me asked me reach 10kms far from present spot n im sure he is not Police. it was December -2016 now i want complaint against him.... there is any time limit ?? or any rules ?? because i accused in some other false case n it may take time to get quash my false case ...so i want put up complaint after couple of months against this unknown threatened call .... so answer please ??
Yes,, there are chances that u can file a complaint... but prior to that weather u r mobile no. Is a pre paid no. Or postpaid no. Apart from this.... u were referring to some other pending case... let us look into case details...
